What began in 2007 as a modest effort to bring greater clarity to private client investment performance has become a trusted benchmark for an industry.

Today, ARC Research embarks on a new chapter as it joins S&P Dow Jones Indices, the global leader
in financial benchmarking with USD27 trillion of assets tied to its indices.

When S&P DJI owns the ARC Research business (subject to customary closing conditions and
regulatory approvals), the team, services and purpose remain unchanged. The goal is to take the
ARC Wealth Indices global, with the reach and recognition they deserve.

It is business as usual for all. Our advisory business remains privately owned and entirely
independent, continuing to advise on USD25bn on behalf of families and foundations across more
than 20 jurisdictions.
